Dr. Robert K. Fetter

Biography
Dr. Robert K Fetter joined TAEUS International Corporation in 2005 as an Engineering Program Manager. In his current role as Director of Program Management, Dr. Fetter manages TAEUS’s programs, business processes and support continuous best-in-class process improvement, focusing on client satisfaction. Dr. Fetter has 30 years experience in the management of projects, and execution of complex system tests. Dr. Fetter’s expertise lies in System engineering and telecommunications.Dr. Fetter earned his B.S. in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of San Francisco, B.S. in Computer Science from Regis University, M.B.A. from College of Notre Dame, M.S.S.M. from University of Southern California, Masters in Computer Science from Chapman College, and his Doctorate from Colorado Technical University. Dr. Fetter has held management and engineering positions at Lockheed Missiles and Space Company, ARINC Research and L3 Communications. He has authored technical papers in Systems Test. Dr. Fetter is a member of the American Chemical Society, Institute of Navigation, IEEE and the Licensing Executives Society (LES).
