Biography
Brian Alleman joined TAEUS full-time as CFO in October 2008 after working as a consultant to the Company for more than three years. With over 30 years experience, Alleman is a partner with Tatum LLC, a national executive services firm with over 1,000 professionals in the United States. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Simtek Corporation, a NASDAQ listed semiconductor company where he was a key member of the management team that led the successful turnaround and ultimate sale of the company. In addition to the traditional role as CFO, Alleman will lead TAEUS’s business development efforts working with bankers, investment bankers and turnaround professionals to assist their clients to monetize patent portfolios.
