New to the Patent Exchange?

Anybody can browse patents, post their comments and opinions anonymously, ask sellers questions in the public forum or privately, and rate patents on a scale from one to five.

Registered users can post their patents and other IP for sale or license as well as download attached documents that other sellers have included with their offerings.

TAEUS will never charge to use the Patent Exchange in self-service mode. We encourage everybody, even our competitors, to join in the effort to create this free, open, online marketplace.

  • 1. Choose Your Username

    Your Patent Exchange username is how other users of the site will know you. You can use your name or any alias that you want to be known by.

    The personal information collected will facilitate communication between the Patent Exchange its users and you. We will never sell your e-mail address or send you spam. Please configure your e-mail client to allow messages from PatentExchange@TAEUS.com, so you can see and respond to our confirmation message.
