      Welcome to the Portfolio Manager
      To create a new portfolio, you first click the "New" button, and fill out the form.  Context sensitive help will guide you as you tab through the form fields.
       
      Note:  After clicking the "Update Portfolio" button, you will have created an empty portfolio containing no patents or other IP.
       
      To add patents to a portfolio, navigate to the Patent Manager screen where you can associate a patent with the newly-created portfolio.  The new portfolio name will now appear in the "Portfolio ID" drop down menu in the Patent Manager.
       
      To navigate to the Patent Manager, click the appropriate patent number in the orange left-hand navigation widget called "My IP and Portfolios."
