What types of information does TAEUS collect from me?

IP addresses are not linked to any personally identifiable information, unless you make a purchase. When you make a purchase the IP address is logged with the order, but is not shared with any other companies or agencies except in the case of credit card fraud where information is provided to the appropriate authorities.

TAEUS does not send unsolicited commercial email to individuals with whom they do not have consent/permission or a pre-existing or current business relationship.

Opt-out:

TAEUS provides all email recipients with a clear, easy and effective method to unsubscribe to any and all online communications.

Data Sharing: TAEUS does not provide third parties with any personally identifiable information other than that which is necessary to process your order.

TAEUS. also supplies your name, billing address, and credit card information to Authorize.net, our credit card processor, who bills your account. TAEUS requires all third parties to keep your personal information confidential.

Policy Regarding Credit Card Fraud:

We use Authorize.net to provide credit card fraud checking services on our site when you place an order with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card.. When you purchase from TAEUS we share your credit card details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

Authorize.net is prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. You may place your order by website or by phone by calling 719-325-5000.
