Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Arthur M. Nutter, BSME, MBA, founded TAEUS International Corporation in 1992 as the first engineering company dedicated exclusively to intellectual property enforcement. His career in engineering and executive management with large multinational firms and small high tech startups enabled him to see how critical intellectual property management issues are to the success or failure of companies. Art has two patents pending on intellectual property management tools and processes. Art’s ability to listen and solve problems helps translate customer requirements into solutions.

Principal
Greg Jenik joined TAEUS in 2005. He is also founder, CEO, and President of Jenik Associates International, LLC, a global business management consulting firm. Formerly, Greg was Executive Director of AeA’s Mountain States Council, was a founder of Voyant Technologies, Inc., and spent 10 years with Lucent Technologies and AT&T, including Director-level positions in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. He holds a Master of International Management degree from American Graduate School of International Management–Thunderbird, and a B.S. degree from Colorado State University. He is Governor Owens’ appointee representing the private sector on the new Colorado State Internet Authority Board, serves on the corporate Board of Directors for InterAmericas Conferencing Company, Inc., and sits on the volunteer Boards for AeA Mountain States Council.
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Adams joined TAEUS International Corp. in 1993. He has over thirty years experience in managing the definition, development, and transfer of new products and technologies. Dr. Adams has held senior engineering and management positions with Sandia National Laboratories, INMOS, Monolithic Memories, United Technologies, and TAEUS and has served as an expert witness in copyright, trade secret, and patent infringement cases. His expertise includes strategic planning and program management, patent evaluation and analysis, forensic engineering, process integration, device physics, microelectronic reliability and failure analysis, electronic materials, semiconductor memories and microprocessors, software, management of quality, and radiation effects in microelectronics.
Dr. Adams holds three patents in integrated circuit technology. He is listed in Who’s Who in Technology Today, 1984-1995 and has received the TOBIE Award for most significant R&D accomplishment in electronics in a U.K. company. Dr. Adams has published over 26 papers in such technical journals as IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science and Surface Science, and he has given over 16 presentations at technical conferences including the Government Microcircuits Applications Conference (GOMAC) and the NASA Symposium on VLSI Design, and has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado (Colorado Springs) in the area of optoelectronics.
Dr. Adams received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska; his Ph.D. with a concentration in optoelectronics. While completing his Ph.D. he received the distinguished honor of being part of the Sandia National Laboratories Doctoral Study Program in 1973. As an undergraduate, Dr. Adams was a research assistant in optical properties and materials. In addition, Dr. Adams has over 1,000 hours in Continuing Education. Dr. Adams is a Senior Member of IEEE and a member of the Electrochemical Society, the American Management Association, and the Licensing Executives Society.
President
Glenn Wheeler joined TAEUS International Corporation in 1994 as Director of Engineering Programs. In his current role as Vice President of Engineering, Mr. Wheeler acts as a technical advisor to the Program Management staff, as well as managing expert witness activities at TAEUS. Mr. Wheeler has 25 years experience in the management of new product design, development, and transfer to production. Mr. Wheeler’s expertise lies in circuit and system design, product engineering, and extreme environments. He holds two patents in the field of programmable logic.
Mr. Wheeler earned his B.S. in Engineering from Arizona State University, and has held engineering positions at Texas Instruments, Honeywell, and United Technologies Microelectronics Center. He has authored six technical papers covering areas in high-temperature electronics, radiation-hardened circuits, electronic circuit design, and fuzzy logic. Mr. Wheeler has presented at events such as the Nuclear Space and Radiation Effects (NSREC) Conference, and the Government Microcircuits Applications Conference (GOMAC). Mr. Wheeler is a member of IEEE and the Licensing Executives Society (LES), and is currently a Vice President and Trustee for the 6,000 member LES, USA & Canada.
